Pick up at your hotel or hostel in central La Paz.

Bus starts pickups between 6:30am – 7am. Your pick up time will be on your confirmation once you put your hotel/hostel.

Isla del Sol: According to Inca legend this small island in the middle of Lake Titicaca was home to the sun god Inti, and was the mythical birthplace of the original founders of the Inca Empire. A 4-hour round trip voyagein our private boat takes you out to see the ancestral terracing and ruins of the southern part of the island as well as the existing island communities (includes a 1-hour walk from the original sun temple to the small island town of Yumani). We recommend spending at least 3-4 nights in Cusco, (not including a trek to Machu Picchu) so that you can experience as much of the Inca capital as possible. 29th of May is the festival of El Gran Poder in La Paz, the biggest religious celebration of the year in La Paz. The entire city centre is completely closed off for 24 hours due to the enormous parade with thousands of costumed dancers accompanied by brass bands.
