I’m back from San Fran and still reeling from the two cross-country flights in 3 days, jet lag, time differences and Daylight Savings. I’m pretty tired and glad to be home. It’s hard to believe that it was just yesterday morning when I was at the farewell brunch at Perry’s with Mama Pea, Ashley and Megan. I had such a wonderful weekend with these ladies. I even shed a few tears when I said goodbye! My goodness!
The Foodbuzz Festival felt pretty different than this year. I didn’t recognize nearly as many people as I did last year but still met many lovely bloggers. I really enjoyed the the two Foodbuzz sessions that I attended – Ashley’s photo session “Moving Out of Manual” and the Q&A panel that Mama Pea was on, talking about taking your blog to the next level. Thank you Foodbuzz for coordinating the events and a HUGE thank you to Alaskan Seafood for sponsoring me to attend!
Once I recover from my trip a bit more, I’ll post some more (better quality) pictures. In the meantime, here are some iPhone shots from the weekend!
Ashley is a pro at self-photos with the iPhone, even while walking through the streets.
It was fun getting dressed up for the Gala Dinner and watching Tyler Florence do a cooking demo…
But the best part was laughing hysterically all night. If you follow Mama Pea, Ashley, Megan or me on Twitter, you know that we were, as one follower put it, “in rare form on Saturday night.” Tipsy tweeting at its best. We were cracking up!
And equally as fun was taking off my heels at the end of the night.
On Sunday morning, we hit the farewell breakfast at Perry’s. I really did have the best weekend roomies ever.
And the best almost-roomie, Megan. We had so much fun together last year and I was so glad to see her again this year.

Fun! Sounds like an awesome weekend. Love the dress…and the hair, of course! 🙂
Thanks Becky! 🙂
I was definitely cracking up at your tweets all night – glad you had such a great time!
Glad you were laughing! I was worried people might think we were super annoying! 😉
Watching y’all at dinner was definitely entertaining! I am so glad we got to finally hang out! I had an absolute blast 🙂
I was so glad to meet you too!! You looked beautiful!
Hey girl it was great to see you this weekend and even if it was for a bit! You are so adorable and I just adore your blog!!! Oh and I was tweeting right there with you!!!
Tweeting is the BEST! 🙂 I loved all your instagrams too!
I am crying just reading this…partly thinking of all the laughs we had but also because I already miss you! I tried explain all the jokes to Pea Daddy, but I guess they are not nearly as funny if you aren’t us. Or aren’t drinking wine. And he is neither.
<3 you!!!
Poor Pea Diddly Daddy.
Loved meeting you this weekend and looking forward to getting together again – Fitbloggin 2012!? Looking forward to keeping in touch! You are so great!
🙂
I’ve never been to Fitbloggin’! Have you? Is it fun? Yes, we have to keep in touch!
Hi Teri!
It was so nice to meet you at the Foodbuzz Festival 🙂 Isn’t SF such a beautiful city… I am fortunate enough to not live too far away! BTW… I sent out a photo of the girls from the Friday night dinner… but couldn’t find your e-mail address {until now} to include in the e-mail. If you like… you can snatch it from my blog… otherwise I think one of the other girls will forward it to you 🙂
Thanks for letting me know! I’ll snatch it from your blog! 🙂
The gala looked like alot of fun, and I must say your heels are TO-DIE-FOR!
Tipsy tweeting is the best 🙂
Thank you!! I love the heels too and they’re really not that uncomfortable, which is nice!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your dress — where did you get it!?!? I am looking for something similar to that and have not had any luck!
Thank you!!! I got it at Warren on King, a boutique in Charleston SC. Unless you happen to live there, you might try asos, modcloth or shopbop. Those websites usually have good stuff!
Gotta ask where the heels are from – they would go with so many different outfits!
I got them at the Belk department store. They do go with so many things!
CUTE shoes! Sounds like a fabulous weekend!
Hey, Teri! I am so happy we were able to meet this past weekend. You’re so darn sweet! 🙂
